It's how the audience knows Aaron. Why introduce a new actor as Older Aaron that we get to see during the last minute of the show?

Failure. They already did. We saw 3 year old Aaron several times.

If you don't have the fortitude to defend your points then perhaps you should be the one to move on.

Wrong. If the baby died in the plane crash, the baby would be in the waiting area as a baby. A baby would have nothing to be punished for so the baby could actually be in the waiting room with claire.

If they died on the plane, it makes complete sense that Aaron would still be a baby in the waiting room/Church.

I agree. You have been unable to refute a thing I said.

Because when discussing an unknown religious concept like Purgatory, it is just silly to think there may be more than one level. /sarcasm.

Furthermore, you guys are basing the whole island being real based on Christian stating "most important time of your lives."

Christian also said some of them died before you and some of them after you...I really think people are grasping at the island being purgatory but hell the show promoted lots of theories for along time so I understand the second guessing. It seemed pretty obvious to me though that the island was real.

Sure, because more than one level to purgatory is just impossible.

Explain Aaron as a baby, and no baby for jin and sun.

It is a plot hole, is not an explanation. Maybe it was not a plot hole. Maybe you are reading things wrong.

I don't believe it, but I can see why those that think they died in the crash, think that way.

It's THEIR mind. THEIR created purgatory. Claire having Aaron is what snapped Claire, Kate and Charlie into "flash" mode....so it was necessary.

I mean, Jack's son wasn't real and Anthony Cooper wasn't actually hurt in a plane crash with Locke....they were just intruments of the mind.

I agree that a lot of this arguing is very nitpicky (my posts included) but TM does make a good point. I've seen so many fricking ridiculous theories over the course of this show. Why should his opinion on how he interpreted the show be completely dismissed when this show has inspired some of the most retarded speculation ever?

I like the show, I really do. I just wasn't feeling the last 15 minutes.

I get that. But there was no reason to bring fake Aaron to the church. He was FAKE.

Christian said Jack needed to let go. If that was fake Aaron then Claire would have needed to let go for her to move on. Thus there would have been no fake Aaron. If that was real Aaron there is no way he would still be a baby. We already saw him at 3. Plus he would cross over with his loved ones.

I thought it was explained pretty well by the show. Even though you do have to base it on Christian, someone else said it about 30 pages ago, but he said these relationships created ON the island were the BEST part of their lives. On the island, Aaron was a baby, and Sun and Jin only got to be pregnant together. What happens after the island, when Claire is with a growing Aaron, is immaterial to what Christian is saying, even though its kinda fricked up to say raising Aaron wasn't the BEST part of Claire's life. Also, the baby Sun and Jin had wasn't a part of their island life really at all, since she was born off island and Jin never met her.

I get what you are saying about why she would need to bring him along though.

Saying they didn't want another actor. wrong, they did have a 3 year old.

Saying Claire needed him, wrong. She needed to let him go to cross over.

Sorry where is the idea that refutes it wasn't dead plane crash Aaron?

Haven't seen any reasoning for why there was no Jin/Sun baby.

What do you mean "fake" Aaron and "real" Aaron?
