on another site it has that same gif and they say the orginal is Jack's eye compared to the eye from last night.
episode where they find adamn and eve is on scifi right now. they found a small bag that had two smooth rocks on one of the bodies.
one black and one white. clearly looks like some kind of sentimental token. maybe of a black and white couple?

In regards to the incident, was the bomb going off what happened in the original incident or was it just the electromagnetic pocket being released? The reason I asked is that Pierre Chang made those instructional films after the incident. If the incident was the bomb negating the electromagnetic pocket, I don't think he had a chance to get far enough away to be safe from the blast.
They removed the detonator from the H-bomb and Jack dropped it deep in the earth. Clearly the blast was nowhere near the power of the H-bomb itself. I think the blast from the detonator contained the electromagnetic power released when the core/pocked was breeched by the drilling. However, the Swan station had to be completed with a fail safe to device to keep the electromagnetic force contained. In other words Jack did what had already been done; history repeated itself and the world was saved but in the future failing to enter the numeric sequence to reset the fail safe device will again cause the Oceanic 815 flight to crash.

The producers gave the hint of where the answer could be found and it was "Nadles may lie deep within cave"
So unless the writers are just fricking with everyone, Id say that is pretty certain.
And after last nights scene with them, I think it locks it down.

so whos eye are we seeing in the teaser promo. not the same as Jack's from the pilot.
look at the eye lashes...they are the same. same eyes...the new pic is just altered. they blurred it and discolored it, but the eyelashes are in the same places.

I haven't seen anyone mention it but when Richard bashes the wall out of the Dharma house doesn't that become Ben's house when the losties crash in Oceanic 815. I remember him having a secret area behind a closet that he goes into to call the smoke monster.

rewatching that video made me think about soemthing completely different. Why do they set it up so that a code has to be entered all the time? It seems that they could just set the computer to reset whatever was keeping it in check. And if the alarm sounded then the code would need to be manually entered... Just seems weird that they have to enter the code repeatedly

I just noticed that the producers were cutting it close on the Dharma weapons choices. Some had the ruger mini-14 rifle that was introduced in 1974 I guess the sub brought sawyer a fresh batch of those once they came available.

It looks to be greek capital letters on the wall and the "translation" shows greek small letters. but a few of the words do look different

This may be somewhere already but think about what someone said about Jacks dad. He was already dead when he came to the island. Then he appeared alive again and then you saw him in the house which means he was probably anti-Jacob.
Same thing again with Locke. He was on the airplane dead, then appeared alive on the island full of insight. Just like Jacks dad.
Episode was a little predictable though. Right when that guy mentioned the loophole in the beginning it was pretty apparent that the loophole was Locke.
