The one for next week is called "Namaste". I have a feeling we'll be finind out what happened in the three years that Sawyer and company have been a part of the DHARMA.
Just my thoughts on what is going on:
-When Locke turned the wheel that island stopped skipping through time. Sawyer and company are now stuck in the 70's when DHARMA was on the island. This is pretty clear based on the brand new VW van and Jin dressed on DHARMA gear. The Losties have done this to blend in.
-The O6 will soon be reunited with the Losties left behind after three years working with DHARMA. I'd bet Sawyer is tapping Juliet to make it a love square with Kate and Jack.
-The upcoming war that Widmore spoke about will be New DHARMA Initiative vs. the Hostiles. It will be interesting to see of the New DHARMA folks can change the past and keep DHARMA from being killed off. I think the Hostiles are decendants of folks on the Black Rock.
-Faraday will at some point warn Charlotte not to ever come back. He will also go to the Orchid and poke around...just was we saw in the first episode this season.
-The incident will happen. This is the indicent that was covered in the Swan Orientation video. I'd assume the inident has to do with a leak in the Orchid. Maybe Faraday thinks he has to turn the wheel again and opens the chamber....resulting in the incident. Maybe the incident has to do with the Jughead that was burried underground. The release of energy caused to Faraday could have detonated it.

Since when have Sawyer and company been part of Dharma? I thought all we knew was that Jin was part of Dharma. Did I miss something?

He is assuming Sawyer, and the rest that stayed on the island, joined Dharma, along with Jin, to blend in.

Not really. I've added some thoughts to my first post.
I believe the ones left behind have had to adapt to the time the island is current in....which is when DHARMA was on the island in the 70s. They've had to become a part of DHARMA in order to blend in.
When we saw Jin last he was driving a DHARMA van and wearing DHARMA gear.

I don't think this is the reunion episode either.....I think that will be next week. I think this week we'll get a lot of information on what happened on the island after Locke turned the wheel.

Since they can't change the past/future, the Losties and O6 will not die with the rest of DHARMA. What is the lie and what mistakes are they protecting themselves from?

Fate, God, that which cannot be explained, course-correction....IMHO

so the voice the Frenchies heard, why not just grab the rest of the crew instead of trying to lure them underground?

I hope we get to see the inside of the temple before the end of this season. It couldn't have been that dangerous if that's where the Others went for Safe Haven.

So are the losties who joined Dharma w/ young Dharma Ben? If so, do any of them know the details of how ben sided w/ the hostiles to kill off dharma? Is it safe to assume there are two Ben's on the island or are they in different times?

I don't doubt they're working with DHARMA, but what indication has there been that it's been 3 years?

the 3 years comes from the fact that the 06 have been gone 3 years so we assume when they return to the island in the past sawyer and co have been there for 3 years (in the past that is)
plus there is something on the promo about 3 years changing someone

But they would only have been in that particular time period for as long as Locke had been gone from the island, right?

So it's 3 years minus a few days.

Hadn't the O6 been back 3 years already when Locke arrived? I thought someone told Locke this. Am I remembering this wrong? Wouldn't be the first time.

Sawyer saying can you get over someone in 3 years in the preview

I don't think so. When Locke ended up in Jack's hospital he was still a regular doctor and he was just starting to grow his beard.
And also, wasn't Jin's hair much longer? Not three years of growth but enough time to indicate that he had been back on the island more than a few days.

It's hard to say exactly because of how close together the episodes were. Walt was much bigger, but I don't know if the writers intended for that to be that way or not.
It doesn't show how much time he spent in Tunisia in the "hospital" or how much time he spent traveling around. When he saw Jack, his beard was about halfway full. The only thing I could think would be that he jumped ahead when he turned the wheel or the ones left behind jumped back.
Could one of them lead DHARMA to finding the wheel?
