Good call with Racing with the Moon, some selections are bordering on Back to the Future with (lesser known.)
Saw that movie as a kid and still liked it.
Saw a list of the "most obscure 80's movies ever" and they had:
One Crazy Summer and Lucas, Adventures in Babysitting, Secret of My Success, etc... basically every movie 80's kids grew up watching.

Private School introduced me to Betsy Ross.
Damn what a gorgeous girl.
Brought a new meaning to riding bareback too.

I loved this movie as a kid. I just realized it released in 1990 tho.

French actress Emmanuel Beart is so hot.
Anaconda coming out of the Amazon and grabbing that guy out of the canoe still freaks me out.
Highly underrated film.
This really was not a kid's film.
And I didn't see this classic mentioned.

My favorite Rutger Hauer movie.
That baby carriage was really tricked out.
Higly underrated film. Sailor was such an awewsome character.
That's it for right now. My brain hurts.

Foxes. (Released 1980).
In the late 1970s, four teenage girls from San Fernando Valley, Calif., deal with the rampant dysfunction in their lives. Deirdre (Kandice Stroh) pursues one boy after another, avoiding any commitment. Escaping the abuse of her father, Annie (Cherie Currie) resorts to drug use to ease her painful reality. Overweight Madge (Marilyn Kagan) feels constant pressure to live up to the wild ways of her friends. As the most stable of the group, Jeanie (Jodie Foster) must watch over all of them.

Technically not an 80s movie but a staple at the video store that I always oggled growing up.
ETA: damn. Just realized I’ve never seen it.
