‘Last Chance U’ scripted series in the works

Just so I understand, this is a Last Chance U inspired series based on miss wagner, played by courtney cox? Sounds extremely weird.

If they need someone to portray Indy CC head coach Jason Brown, Jason Brown is currently unemployed and available. He also owns 5 Cadillacs and lives in LA, so he can probably act.

Yeah my first reaction was how weird it sounds but I understand how the premise could be interesting. Also somewhat understand actually making it about Last Chance U otherwise it would just be considered a ripoff of that topic/plot.
