I've always thought this movie was simultaneously terrible and awesome. It's super fun and enjoyable though, and is WAY better than it has any business being.
Charles Dance is awesome. Arnold is also awesome. The kid sucks arse though...always hated him, and he's the main reason I didn't love it when I first saw it.
But now that I am older, I appreciate it much more for what it was trying to do, and I really enjoy watching it.

Only saw this movie once. It was terrible. The kid in the movie was absolutely awful. If I recall, I was so annoyed by how bad the movie was, that I left before it ended. I have only done that about 4 times in my life. This was 1 of them. Pathetic effort.

This was one of my favorite movies growing up.
Spaceballs, The Last Action Hero, Austin Powers, and Monty Python and the Holy Grail were probably the most repeatedly watched VHS's I had.
I was a meta kid even then, obsessed with spoofs and satire.
