Kurt Russell hasn't talked like he has a mouth full of marbles for the last 15 yrs in almost every role he's played... This is easy.

Have they ever made a movie together? If not, it's time.

Sometimes the deciding vote comes down to a Western.

I don't know if it was Bridges or the Coens who created that interpretation of Rooster Cogburn but give me Wyatt Earp over subtitle mush-mouth any day.

If it wasn't for Hailee Steinfeld's precocious Tatum O'Neal Paper Moon performance, the remake would've totally sucked instead of being adequate.

Both sons of actors.

I'd take Bridges by a hair.

Love KR, but Jeff Bridges performance in True Grit, Hell Or Highwater, and Crazy Heart gives him the edge…those 3 roles were unreal performances by Bridges.

Harsh, but true. Bridges has taken the Pacino cheat of patterning his remaining performances after one popular character.

I don’t ever recall seeing a thread here on say, Clint Eastwood, where multiple posters feel the need to bring his politics into it. It is definitely a one-sided phenomenon here.

The obsessive nature which compels so many here to do this is quite telling of the conspicuous-consumption which drives Wal Mart Republicanism. It’s either scoring points by being the first to point out the “dirty lib” or the fear
that you’ll be a rino if you seem to keen on “the enemy”.

Once upon a time in this country we had a great president who happened to be a former actor, Ronald Reagan. One of the first visitors he had after an assassination attempt was Tip O’Neill. Despite being polar opposites within our narrow portion of the political spectrum they were friends and respected each other.

Seabiscuit
Crazy Heart
True Grit

Three of my favorites.

Kurt really only equals these with The Thing, IMO.

Numbers don't lie for me.

I can almost see Kurt doing True Grit and Seabiscuit...but not Crazy Heart.

Those two can try to up one another all day but in the end Kurt can always shut down the debate with "I got to kick Elvis in the shin."

Also, he played some baseball.

Jeff is the better actor but I like Kurt more because of

Tombstone (one of my all-time favorite movies)
Miracle (one of my favorite sports movies)
Overboard (my favorite rom-com)
The Thing (one of my favorite horror movies)
