I think that the low rating is the result of a phenomenon similar to its popularity among certain circles.

Especially if it's a bad movie. I really have tried giving it a watch, and I can't make myself stick with it. I just don't think it's very good.

II has some good scenes. Rooftop jump scene and the Russian roulette ones are pretty bad arse. Fight in the cargo ship isn't bad either.
