Two questions. Why didnt Paul Bettany's character, Vision come back? And what did Thor mean when he said "I knew it" when Capt. America was able to obtain Thor's hammer?

TIA

Only people that where dusted came back from the original snap and Vision wasn’t dusted. Earlier movie (I think Ultron) Thor is betting everyone that they can’t pick up Mjolnir. Cap goes up and it nudges it a little bit which causes Thor to raise an eyebrow. Theory is that Thor knows Cap was holding back and didn’t want to upstage him.

Spoilers

No Vision bc Vision was killed and not snapped in Infinity Wars. Gamora came back bc it was the 2012 or whatever version of Gamora.

Thor said that bc you have to be “worthy” to wield the hammer.

I just thought that CA was worthy to wield it.

Since we're talking about it...wouldn't Cpt. staying in the past with his girl have fricked up the timeline?

No doubt Cap could have picked it up. He was sandbagging.

BTW, bought the BluRay (yes, I'm the one that is still buying them).

Really cool bonus features features including extended videos on Stan Lee, RDJ/Iron Man, Chris Evans/Cap and ScarJo/Black Widow.

Some have argued that Cap wasn’t completely “worthy” until he came clean to Tony about his parents being killed by Bucky.

Thor committed treason in Dark World and never lost the ability to wield the hammer.

Ya Thor is not a great benchmark for being worthy. If he’s worthy then the majority of the superheroes could pick the hammer up.

I had an issue with the CA ending, but it wasn't messing up the Timeline. They stated changing the past doesn't alter the the future, it just creates a new Timeline. So, CA goes back to return the stones. The only way he can come back to the ending Timeline is to travel back with the Pim stuff. They said he had all the time in the world to the come back in 5 seconds. So, either he somehow came back through another time machine or they messed up the end. Because, if Cap goes back to 1945 and stays, then he ends up in a completely different Timeline if he doesn't travel back through the portal.
