Wow. Really cool to see. Road tripping to Las Vegas, and we figured we would just check it out.

They have a super bright light and security camera attached to the house. Not surprising, tons of people drive by every day.

I need a gravel yard, would save a lot of mowing time.

So who actually lives there?

how does that work? Do they just rent their house to the TV show for 6 years? What do the neighbors think when Walt is crashing into mailboxes and throwing pizzas on top of houses?

If that's a real house, I wonder how many pizzas the owners have found on the roof? How many on the ground representing failed attempts? It's what I would want to do were I to make the pilgrimage.

Knock on the door and invite yourself in for breakfast.

Apparently, only the front/outside of the house was used for the show. The inside scenes were done on a set.

I've heard the guy who lives there is really friendly, and is quite used to all the people dropping by.

Dang, they did a good camera job with that.

I really wish I hadn't already watched the show 3 times, I miss it.

I wish I could erase it from my memory and rewatch it.

Some of the interior ace es were done on a set, some were in the real house. Same with the RV.

I'm sure the owners were compensated well.

same with Hank and Marie's house, which is owned by a disabled man in a wheel chair. His house was custom made with larger hallways and door frames which was convenient for the crew.

Supposedly he got the pizza on the roof in one take.

Was getting it on the roof intentional or did they just like the way that turned out?

I believe I read it was an accident, and they kept it because it was obviously awesome.

As for the house, I know there isn't much to the explanation, but I always am interested in how this particular house in this particular neighborhood got picked. I'm sure it was picked because it isn't particularly remarkable, but there are a bunch on unremarkable houses nearby. So what was the deciding factor?

My brain never sleeps.
