Yea, I mean you're in a car. That Stegosaurus tail could take somebody's head off.
I've been to one of those wildlife centers and they had deer, elk, zebras, and giraffes, but nothing very dangerous. That shot just got my attention when I saw it. You can't make any final judgments on one shot, though.

Didnt Wu die in the JP book? Thought a raptor got him.

Yeah, Wu dies. Most brutal death in the books. He opens the door to let Ellie in and a raptor sneaks up on him and cuts his stomach open and the raptor and Wu start having a tug of war over the intestines.

Man, a giraffe can frick you the hell up. They look all nice and peaceful but if you piss one off you better have a fast car to get away in b/c that fool with smash you with his head and/or kick the shite out of you until you're dead.

Well, in the trailer, we saw them in some sort of bubbles which I'm willing to bet will be incredibly strong to the point of being unbreakable, and in giant safari vehicles with lots of bars. Pretty hard to seriously injure someone in those. The kyaking does seem a bit dangerous though.

Hammond gets killed by Compys too
The book was way darker

I liked it, I'll see it but I detected a hint of Jaws 3D in there.

I saw a video of a moose in Alaska. It was standing in front of an office where a woman worked. She tried to go around it. She was dead in minutes. Animals are dangerous no matter how peaceful they seem.

Nah, Lost World was good. Just different. A bit more preachy and the characters are all shits, but the action and some of the ideas are great.

I think there is a bit of an overreaction on the new hybrid dino angle. My thinking is:
a) they're scientists, they're going to expirement and test the limits of genetics
b) without it, this movie would just be a remake of JP1
c) stop jumping to conclusions from a 2:30 trailer

it was ok but was clearly a rush job
it was also kind of lame how he was basically forced to change it to have Malcolm survive.
Basically its explained away by saying something like "He died on the operating table but was resuscitated" which would make it really odd that Grant had been told he was dead.

I may need to go back and re-read JP then LW

It's not like trained animals don't exist in the real world. Raptors are highly intelligent so this doesn't bother me.
It bothers me a great deal. This is the type of shite that only happens in shitty sequels.

The only time I've ever seen a giraffe was at bus he gardens and one giraffe was being and the other giraffe was bent down drinking it up.

If Chris Pratt trains the Raptors and makes them obedient, I think that is seriously awesome.
I'm not sure I can think of a more asinine idea.

I'm excited, but got damn I can't stand Chris Pratt's goofy arse.
