If you like the JP/JW world, then I'd say they are definitely worth it. Just go in with a low bar and looking for mindless entertainment.
Like I said before though, the first half of FK and the second half of Dominion are pretty good. The second half of FK is better than the first half of Dominion...the first half of that movie is just flat out not very good. But once they get to the dino facility it picks up. Plus it has the OG cast in it so that ups it a little as well.

This is not an indictment of you but of modern audiences in general. People will watch it because it's a known commodity, even though most people will agree that the trailer was just average. I tapped out of JP after they introduced human cloning in the middle film of the Chris Pratt trilogy. I haven't seen the latest one and likely won't be watching this one barring universal acclaim from audiences and critics alike.

I’ll give Fallen Kingdom some points for the opening scene. But the final act falls completely apart when the Indoraptor becomes a Michael Myers type villain and goes full Looney Toons with the main villain

The more I look at that pic of the mutated new Dino the more I feel like they asked Pixar to make them a real life version of a Monsters Inc Scarer
Just give me a movie where a family of 5-6 individuals have to survive with nothing but knives, spears, and traps against regular Dino’s out in nature.
