Full disclosure: I'm a huge fan of the Jurassic Park films to the point where I can even watch Jurassic Park 3.
I'm hyped for this movie. Look, I don't need character drama or a revolutionary plot. Jurassic Park is about letting dinosaurs run roughshod over people with a anti-genetic engineering backbone. Check those boxes in an entertaining fashion and I'm in.
That's what this looks like. I was 12 when JP came out, and half the fun is being a little kid again when dinosaurs wreck shop. As long as the plot isn't so stupid it kills the fun, let's roll.

John Hammond of the book was nothing like John Hammond of the movies.
He went from a near malevolent Scrooge McDuck to a wanted to be Santa Claus.

They made him a little more kindly towards the children, but he was still a dick to his employees and guests, and they did keep the ironic "We spared no expense" line.

He was really only a dick to Nedry in the movie.
He had arguments with Malcolm and Gennaro (which kills me cause he was kind of the only sane man in the book. And a genuinely nice guy.) but was nowhere near the money grubbing, blame everything on everyone else in the book. Hell, movie Hammond became a conservationist of what he helped create.

Between the trailer I saw with TLJ and now this one, I feel live I've seen the entire movie already. The bros who make have been making the trailers for this might as well just put the film credits at the end of it.

I'm excited about seeing Carnotaurus on screen in a "Jurassic Park" film. Hopefully it gets a little more play than just being a quick threat to humans followed by a quick "surprise" death from T. rex like that first trailer showed.

wish JP would include more prehistoric beasts. Super Crocodile, titanaboa, mammoths, sabre tooth tigers, cave bears and have dinosaurs fight one another

ok this one looks pretty damn good but trailers are often the best part of movies, sometimes they are the movie and the rest is just boring filler so.....
but i still cant wait to see it

That trailer seems like they took the premise of the last movie [‘designer Dino’s] with the plot of the second original JP movie [capturing and bringing Dinos off the island]

How many places can you take Jurassic Park, really? Sooner or later, the dinosaurs are gonna bust out and start eating people.
The genetic engineering is a big thing in the book. If you don't have a park, the dinos need to rampage over something.
