For those asking which portal Cap used to come back to the "main" time as the old man using the Pym particles, we know there were 3 portals: van, Avengers Headquarters, and the one he left from in the woods. My guess is, since he knew about the one in Avengers HQ, old man Cap just came back when he was old to that one prior to the last battle, and just waited for them to show up on the bench after the battle, funeral, etc.

What she was implying is that the power of each stone is equally limited by the other 5.

If you take the time stone away, its power and purpose is redistributed to the other five stones, corrupting their purpose.

As long as at least one stone exists but fewer than 6 exist, reality is threatened.

If NONE exist, the power is equally distributed.

No what she was referring to is certain entities were kept in balance by them, specifically in her case, strange using the time stone on Dormammu. Same with the other stones. The way they fixed the snapping in the comics is the tribunal didn’t allow all the stones to be used together any longer.
