I mean some you can see are some sorta conversation, some are antagonistic jokes, all of them are gross. Which was social media back then.
As people said it was a different time on the internet.
Penny Arcade was doing these type of comics about Twitter back then.
No one really expected political movements and social protests through yet another social platform.
No one was being beat down for saying mean things and 4chan was harassing people who picked on cancer victims.

Compare this thread to the one on the MSB that discussed the baseball player that got in trouble for tweeting "I hate gays" and the N word over and over years ago.
All the comments are about how PC and sensitive the world is, and its lame for someone to go back years through another person's twitter to find something to get them in trouble over.

The current melt on Twitter includes liberals who are pissed that he was taken down by conservatives. I guess it would've been better if the SJW's had pulled him out of his job.

Eddie Murphy's old stand up is offensive as frick but it's also funny in a messed up way. Nobody is going to protest him being in a movie now b/c of his gay Mr T getting raping in prison jokes (where he straight up calls people f****ts multiple times).
