it never ceases to amuse me how everyone on here rails again social media as being a pariah on society, yet something comes out on social media and everyone is quick to jump all over it and accept it as the truth and denounce others for morality reasons and so on.
either social media is a scourge or it isn't - choose a POV and stick with it, not shift the goal posts to fit your narrative at the moment.

It's a typo in the article. The lawsuit states that he was born in 1969. She was 15 in 1996.

Has Patton Oswalt ever been funny? The only thing that I remember him being connected to that was funny was he was the victim of the most ruthless, hilarious takedown on social media.

In those pics posted, if everyone is of age then I don't really have a huge problem with that. It's a costume party. If no minors were actually harmed or assaulted, then what's the point? People are into weird shite. This is no different. But being into weird legal shite and being into shite that is actually illegal are two very different things. Why is that so hard for you to understand?

I'm not sure I have seen any of his standups. I really only know him from Ratatouille and the wife of the GSK chick. And then a little from King of Queens, and bit parts here and there in movies.

The catholic church is very much a live and kicking horse that's been criticized in Hollywood with two award winning movie in the post 15 years. Two.
I'm not defending the assholes and criminals who've been sheltered by their celebrity and the massive studios (what you clearly mean when you say "Hollywood"), but I don't think Hollywood has perpetuated deadly forced conversions, started hundreds of wars, and killed thousands upon thousands of people over the course of the past 1,700-or-so years.
The history of the catholic church was a profoundly stupid counterpoint.
