What gets me is that people will shun James Gunn for mocking what’s going on in Hollywood, but they are perfectly fine with what goes on in Hollywood.
What’s even more is that Hollywood will make a bunch of hitpiece movies on the Catholic Church and make it rain awards for beating a dead horse, but ignore their own significantly worse history in the process. Like a serial killer judging a guy who shot someone in the heat of the moment.

Yes; the Rolling Stone article says he was 27, not 17.
I'm still willing to bet most of the claims are bullshite and she just got involved with a manipulative creepy. Wearing a rabbit costume to a party doesn't make it a pedophile party.

This guy is weird as frick. He was in some trouble around this type of stuff a few years ago if I remember correctly. I don’t watch any of his films.

I don't know what statutes are broken in having a pedo ' themed' party if no children or minors are in attendance.
It's twisted, but I don't think this is, on its face, illegal.

Gunn? No, all he did was tell some crude, unfunny jokes. That's what got him pretend cancelled, which was only a time out.
Now, if there's any actual bad touching he's engaged in, then I've not heard.
All manner of explanations for this stuff, I guess. Yeah, he could be that super creepy. Or he could have a twisted sense of humor and gets off on saying cringe, edgy stuff, just to get a reaction out of others. Hell, he could be making fun of pedos , in a weird way, by drawing so much attention to them this way. IDK, it does seem suspect , regardless.
