She claims to be a founding member of the show. She is Robs ex & claims that when she dumped him, he dumped her from the show.

Hmmm. Now I would like to hear his side and find out how much money she was paid off with. Seems liek she would have sued, but she was paid off and probably agreed not to.

I'm not sure I believe everything she says. Like for instance, I know the show originally aired on Fox, but she talks about FX picking up the pilot.

No, it was always on FX, it came on after that show about eating disorders that was cancelled shortly after the premiere.
ETA: Fox did run re-runs of the first season about a year later though.
