The show was waaay too violent for me. I know I've become a bit of a wuss in my old age, but watching dozens of children get brutally massacred isn't my idea of entertainment.

Watched about 6 or 7 episodes of the first season and thought it was awful. The pillar stuff was off the charts dumb.

I was excited for Season 1. I didn’t finish episode 2 before I gave up. It was absolutely terrible. I understand some things need build-up but when dealing with a known IP you need to get there faster.

Might be in the minority but I enjoyed S1. It was an awesome winter watch even with a subpar plot.

I liked it as well. Seeing the Blackspot, Penywise the clown's origin and some of the old stuff I liked

Really? I enjoyed the first season. It’s not this can’t miss elite show but it’s entertaining and I’m excited for a second season
