lots of 80s movies had stuff like that.
I’ll admit that the Teen Witch scene is pretty over the top. I saw the movie several times on TV as a kid and that’s probably the only thing I remember about the movie and it’s something I quoted quite often growing up.

For the longest time I always thought they were lip syncing some popular 80s song.
