Did anyone ever even really want a Black Widow movie?

I just finished my 1st run through all of the Marvel movies and have little to no interest in Black Widow.

THIS. They took the least interesting character in their entire roster of heroes, made a full length movie about her, and then were shocked when it did poorly.

Anybody else excited for Shang Chi?

Looks like it has lots of potential.

I'm kind of excited for it, for some of the ancillary characters that will be in the fighting tournament.

The main actor has almost zero charisma though and makes it hard for me to want to watch it.

I see what you're saying, but at the very least it should be a visually appealing film with really good fight/action scenes.

Shang Chi looks promising, I'll probably see it Labor Day Monday as an excuse to sit in a dark room after drinking & watching CFB all weekend

Also, give me the goddamned No Way Home Trailer already

TIFWIW but I just watched a clip of the John Campea show, and he says it's the best comic book film since Logan. He liked it more than IW and Endgame.

I don’t always agree with Campea, but I often do. And his excitement for this has really brought my interest level up lol

I know, right?

Homecoming was on last night, and I told Mrs. Vox that Shang-Chi HAS to be where the trailer hits.

I doubt it. I think Sony is waiting to see if things improve. They just pushed back Venom, and sold off Hotel Transylvania

Also don't forget the director is telling you to go watch Shang-Chi...for the end credits LOL!

Yep. It's been so long, I've forgotten that Feige is king of the hype machine. It makes sense if we don't get anything significant until The Eternals release in November.

As much as I want the trailer now...if they can play a multiverse this close to the chest it would be awesome.

The decline will not be reversed. Even the kids recognize what they’re doing because it’s so obvious and they’re not even interested anymore.

They should just go back in time to fix all the errors. They did it once before and everyone loved it!

don't forget some meh shows on Disney+, and Bree Larson.

Loki and WandaVision got super strong reviews and most people actually like or don't mind Brie because they're not obsessed with making everything political

They didn't make it political, its this culture of blaming viewers thats why movies is flopping left and right. Brie made it political, the director made it political, feige made it political. Don't piss on movie goer legs and tell them its rain.
