Is the Leftovers the best show of the decade?

S1 was good
S2 was amazing
S3 was phenomenal
It’s one of the only shows that’s stuck with me and I revisit. The last season is one of the greatest seasons of TV I’ve ever seen.
You can google it but the last season was on almost all of the critics top 10 of the year and Alan Sepinwall had it number 1
The way they integrated the music as of one of the main characters was great.
Some of those last episodes give me chills just thinking about it. The decisions Nora had to make and debating your life existence

The first few episodes were a little disjointed, but mid S1-S3 was my favorite run of tv I’ve watched.

I don't think any show will be as enthralling and impactful as Leftovers if you're really willing to dig into it.
I won't fault people who like BB or GOT or The Wire better, but I'm not aware of any other show that can make you feel like you're in the middle of an existential crisis

from start to finish, I can't think of another show that moved me like Leftovers

At times - the show bordered on GOAT territory for me - the mythology it was able to produce, however disjointed and fluid, is fairly impressive.
If anything the writing was the weak point (somewhat). The reason I can recommend this show to literally anyone who is a fan of quality drama is the acting. Every actor, every performance, every time. Stunning.
The acting in this show is as good as it gets - name a show, BB, Sopranos, The Wire - The Leftovers had acting as good or better.
