George Costanza is one of the funniest characters ever created. I would put George Jefferson up there as well.

Kramer was great, but I'd put George ahead of him and Ron Swanson as well.

The majority on this board will say George, and he is a great character, but I have to go with Kramer. His physical comedy is as brilliant as it gets.

Kramer and George are both second tier. Frank Costanza is tier 1 all by himself.
