If you could replace an actor, with a different actor for the film's overall betterment?

Bryan Cranston as Dr Mann in Interstellar.

Replace Sofia Coppola with almost anyone and pay Duvall his money.

In The Dark Night, instead of Maggie Gyllenhaal have an attractive female play Rachel Dawes.

Idris Elba and Joseph Gordon-Levitt instead of Newman and Redford in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

Batman vs Superman, I'd swap out Eisenberg with, maybe Billy Zane as Lex Luthor


If Lex is correct and believable, that film gets better

Pee Wee Herman instead of James Earl Jones in Star Wars

Nope. That’s just like, you know, your opinion, man.

Mine is that there is not one, single role in that film right down to the geek/simp giggling at Maude’s house or the uniform cop at the car impound that should have had a different actor. Well, maybe Jesus’ bowling partner could have been performed by Art Carney, but I think he was like, dead.
