I watch a little Curb every now and then, and made it to the watermelon episode last night

I haven't laughed out loud that much in a while. Larry spills coffee on the KKK robe, has to dry clean it and eventually replace it; he loses the bet to the Rabbi on the golf course and has to go to synagogue; he lies to Woody Harrelson about owning a cow and has to acquire one; he pisses off Kaley Cuoco over dropped Pirate's Booty (the irony); and convinces Leon to not be ashamed that he likes watermelon. This, of course, causes Leon to lose out on another Mary Ferguson. All around one of the funniest episodes I've seen of the show.

Seinfeld feels like a lifetime ago but I was watching today and realized Curb started like 2 years after Seinfeld ended. That along with Larry looking exactly the same for 20 years is like looking into a time warp when you watch the latest Curb episodes

Larry was in his 50s when Curb started. He had already been on Fridays, SNL and Co-created Seinfeld.

Started a rewatch recently and am in season 2….so good.
