Great episode. Great ending. Not much more to say than that.
McPoyle is interesting, he's a guy you probably want on your side, but then that's super dangerous. I like his character, at least until Frank is done with him.
Focusing on the Tusk angle was brilliant this season, was a good chess match to watch.
Seth is still an oddball, I wonder what his play is in all of this. He can't be....content, that doesn't seem natural especially with his move to side with Frank.

In the S1 episode where Claire goes off to Galloway's apartment there is an apprentice/assistant/intern in the apartment working on a photo file with him.
Based on that fact I think it is safe to assume that whoever is in that role for Galloway is working with him in and around that apartment and has access to a LOT of stuff about him, and would have easily known about Claire.
Remi bought up all of the apprentice's works, and bribed her to get the information that she already had, or at least knew about and had access to.

All of this makes sense as the strongest possibility, but even if this is the case, it still doesn't explain how the assistant got the photo of Claire.
Are we supposed to just assume that after the assistant talked with Remy she went to Galloway's, stole the photo and handed it over to Remy?
That seems like a biiig jump to "leap frog" connect, though it certainly may be the writers' intentions since we do know the assistant apparently had access to Galloway's apartment.

Yeah, I did actually like Doug's character and storyline.
But Freddy's fall was the most emotional for me this season

Doug started giving me the creeps when he started making Rachel read to him. He seemed fine until then.

Exactly why I wanted to see where the writers were going to go with it. He had a whole change in potential to be a crazy character, plus the rivalry with the new spokesman was getting interesting.
My girlfriend really likes Rachel though and wants her to do well. She was pulling against Doug the whole time. I'm betting Rachel gets killed off next season though - she'll be the wild card helping the reporters/hackers team now, but Frank will get her.

Freddy was the moral center of the show IMO. Didn't get wrapped up in the politics, just did his thing and made great food. I was extremely bummed with the way the writers basically wrote him out of the show

I thought Freddy's and sexual assault victim's story lines were great because they're "real people." We're starting to see how different the world the pols live in is from the reality of what they reign over. Claire felt that impact and broke down on her stairs when she sees how her political games are actually affecting real people.
With Freddy, we saw how terribly wrong it can all go as an unintentional byproduct of the VP's fame, and it also showed us a time when Frank was powerless - in his apartment, Freddy, someone Frank cares about, puts Frank in his place, highlighting how a lot of people back outside the beltway don't care a whole bunch about what those pols are doing. Being vice president doesn't mean much to the guy who thinks of you as "just another customer." What’s a god to a non-believer, who don’t believe in anything?
"The truth is a powerful thing," and Frank is gonna learn that in season 3 the hard way with a looong downfall, imho.

ETA: I was so caught-up with the main story line, I forgot about Freddy. He was promised the world, and the world came crashing down on him.

Just finished. Fantastic show and an awesome finale. President Underwood

Or maybe not. I watched about 9 episodes tonight so it was a lot of info to process.
On another note I'm pretty bummed Doug is dead.
