I don't think many would argue that Emmanuelle Chriqui is not the hottest chick in the contest.
But we are supposed to be voting on the character. Sloan the character was hot, but if my memory serves me she was kind of a bitch.
Sarah Walker the character on the other hand was hot and awesome.
This entire tournament, while great, was flawed. No way everyone has seen every show and voted every time based in the character.
I have never seen Dark Angel so every vote for Max was really just a vote for Jessica Alba.
Even though the system is flawed, there are no losers in this tournament.

The votes don't really reflect that IMO.
It's hottest actress. Period.
Some characters people voted so hard for weren't all that hot as that character or their character wasn't all that hot with personality, age and how they came across or whatnot...it was just they evolved into being hot as an actress later in life and then it was just looks.
Characters are different than just looks, that's why the OP said don't vote unless you've seen the show.
