I've seen Argo, Skyfall, Zero Dark Thirty, and Django Unchained.
All were good films, but the most "entertaining" to me was Django.
It is a good deal bit more comedy based than pretty much every movie on your list so if you feel like laughing that's the one I would choosing assuming you have seen other Tarantino movies and enjoy his style of comedy and movie.
It's not really a "date movie", but I took a girl to see it and she loved it.

I would recommend Django unless your wife can't handle hearing the N word about 200 times and brutal violence in a few scenes.

Yeah, the wif loved it too which was nice. People who go nuts over the N word tend to be C's and stupid F's.

Skyfall. Its a bit of a different take on the Bond series, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. And Bond is always good for date night, IMO.
