Have we discussed Moonfall and how bad it is?

Moonfall is a 2022 movie that has plenty of acting talent. Halle Berry, Patrick Wilson, John Bradley, Christopher Plumber, Donald Sutherland, Michael Pena, Kelly Reilly, etc
The plot is that "something" has affected the moon and made it change its orbit path so now it is on a countdown to collide with earth. That should be enough to get you going
They have been showing this movie on HBO as of late. It is astonishing how a movie could have that much acting talent and be as utterly bad as this movie is.
Mash for da trailer
ETA: Nevermind I did a search. As usual, you guys were all over this one

Halle Berry
Aging well, sexy as hell, not a bad actress by any means, but can someone tell me the last time she picked a good script/project? I mean, she was in the 3rd John Wick movie, but before that?
Most of it isn't "Catwoman" bad, but there is A LOT of "meh" going all the way back to Monster's Ball. A LOT.

The idea: the moon is hollow and an alien satellite. Conspiracy theory. Great baseline for an exciting science fiction movie.
The movie you get: Moon Fall. What the ever loving f*ck!?!

Yeah I had actually never heard of it and stumbled across it on tv one night. So I watched it. And man, was it bad. Like it wasn’t even “this is so stupid it’s kinda interesting/good.” It was just plain bad start to finish.
Agree that the premise is at least fascinating from a plot standpoint. But the execution was laughably bad and not in a good way at all.

Im just gonna warn you. They dont have a vehicle to launch to space to save the world, so 3 of them come up with a idea to get a space shuttle out of a museum and fly it to the moon. In just a couple days. They just beat the tsunami.

Yep, it joins Skyline in the shitty sci-fi franchise.

Honestly, as bad as it is I don’t regret watching it. The hollow moon stuff is actually fairly well done and it sort of introduced me to the hollow moon theory, which I had never really heard before.
So the inner moon looks cool.
But it is bad, so be forewarned.

The idea of the movie is actually pretty cool. Everything that happens in the movie is just silly. I can normally turn my brain off and enjoy shite like that but this was just too much.

To me it's like Battlefield earth. So bad is actually worth watching.
The plot was all over the place.
Nasa had a lot of control.
I liked the concept of the moon being a Dyson Sphere.

The fricking moon was correcting its orbit by itself?
