From the beginning Skylar unlikable. She belittled and emasculated Walt. Remember the lazy birthday handjob while she's browsing ebay. Then instead of doing the right thing when she found out what Walt was doing she fricked Ted and went along with it after that. Which was a difficult situation to be put in, but still there was a clearly a correct path forward that she didn't take.

Currently watching BB on the AMC Stories channel. It's currently on S3E3 and Skylar is smoking in the room with the baby. Terrible

After Walt hides the money in the desert, he's ready to turn himself in to Hank and take all the blame. Skylar convinces him not to. Everything after that is partially on her hands.

Why do people not like Hank? He’s by far the best main character on the show and the only one that loves and cares for the family unconditionally.

Because Hank was a pompous, abrasive, unlikeable a-hole.
The only characters on the show who truly seem like good, decent people are Elliot and Gretchen.
