The 2 movies in question were just a part of Disney's unflinching string of terrible movies. Pretty on brand topic for a channel that covers pop culture.

Well, I'm claiming otherwise. You're missing the concept of what 'making a video' means, I suppose.
Yes, it's a panel of 8 other YouTubers, all talking about various topics, and for a stretch out of 4+ hours, the sub issue of Disney films tanking in the bigger topic of Disney overall floundering (see what I did.. never mind) Nothing predictive here whatsoever. Now if you're gonna split hairs, then I'll bet 4-5 out of the 9 on screen DID in fact make actual videos about the Little Mermaid, but Gary has none on his main channel. Because, as stated before, it's not his personal thing. He doesn't care. He's just poking fun at Disney for being so damn braindead with their choices.
