I was a radio jock in my 20's. American Gladiators came to town and they wanted some "local celebs" to compete in the Joust. I was tight with one of the sports guys in TV so we did it and he did a segment on it. Someone somewhere still has a copy of it.

For those wondering, my buddy Brett won but it was only because I yanked the stick out of his hands because he kept hitting me in the nuts with it.

I was on for Quiz Bowl like seven times. We won it all. Two times for commercials. One was a Freeport McMoran deal and another was for Southwest Airlines. The Southwest Airlines only showed my feet.

I worked the 1986 PGA Championship at the Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio. I was a standard barrer and was on ABC a few times that day.

I was on Romper Room back in 1982 and a Stark's commercial in 1983.

I was interviewed by a news crew outside the Air and Space Museum in 1986 in regards to the space shuttle Challenger (pre-launch). Since it allowed "everyday people" on the launch, they were asking people if they would like to go up. My sister gave an emphatic "yes", but I said "no". When asked why, my reply was "because it might blow up".

I was about 80 yards away from the blast in Centennial Park in 1996 so the local news crew interviewed me when I got home.

Typing this out...I'm surprised I'm not on some sort of watch list.

In 2007 after LSU lost to Arkansas all but ruining their chance at a national championship, I was interviewed in the quad by some girl. Thought it was for the Reveille or something. Then a coach at my high school saw me and told me I was on ESPN for campus correspondence. I've also been on TV a few times because I wore overalls and a hard hat to football games.

When I was little, I was on the Popeye show filmed in NOLA.

Every 4th of July I am on the news for interview wherever I am shooting fireworks that year. Lately it has been for the cities of Shreveport and Bossier City.

Can only be outdone by Guts/Legends of the Hidden Temple.

Was on Popeye and Pals. Too young to remember, but the guy that hosted was a huge turd. He got pissed when the producers insisted I be on (I was a cute kid, don't know what went wrong), saying that I was too young. They brought out a baby alligator during the show and I flipped the frick out, running off and crying during filming. The old prick was right the whole time.

Are you serious?

That is awesome!

I've made short films so I'm done with being on camera. I stay away from them when I see news crews about.

Haha, I wanted to try out for Guts when I was younger, but my parents thought it was too dangerous.
