We do. Just that everyone is coming up with (5) new ones with every post, and the are all great.
Can I sneak in the opening scene in Patton if noboby has listed it? >> (EDIT) It's on the list.

A Few Good Men - The whole Colonel Jessup court questioning at the end. One of the best courtroom scenes ever, not just for the quotable lines but the paradox created by Tom cruise’s character was superb.

good luck, because alot of the responses are greatest quotes or iconic shots. there's thousands over the 100 year history of movies.

Milkshake = GOAT
Not because it’s grand art, but because it is the greatest accidental comedy of all time
I actually pissed myself because I was laughing so hard watching it

If I would have noticed this thread earlier I would have nominated the opening scene in 'The Dark Knight Rises'.
Most of the obvious great scenes have been mentioned, but I love the opening scene in TDKR because it represents who the joker is so well. He creates chaos, but organized chaos. One person would do their job then the person waiting for them to do their job, so they can do theirs kills them.
And another one is in Training Day when Alonzo decides to go into Rodger's house to steal his money.. And kill Rodger. Because that is the point Jake knew what he was dealing with in Alonzo. He went steal the money to pay the judge to get his warrant, but at that point Jake still wasn't sure exactly what was going on, but when they broke into Rodger's house and he wanted Jake to shoot him. During that scene it was like Jake realized Alonzo was in some serious shite because he was willing to do anything to get the money.

I had to pop back in because I noticed that nobody has mentioned the Psycho shower scene.
I know we take it for granted, but it is iconic.
I'd also add the scene from Psycho where Tony Perkins meets the real Mrs. Bates.
