I just called the number to order my very own copy of Pure Moods. Unfortunately I got no answer but surprisingly it did ring. To think, somewhere the Pure Mood phone line was just ringing.

My family bought a copy as a joke, and we still have it

Pure Moods is on my iPod. No lie. Its a great CD. Used to listen to it while studying.

It is a really good compilation if you like that kind of music. I found it on a clearance rack last year for 2 dollars and had to have it because i remembered the commercial. I was surprised to find the Twin Peaks theme on there.

I'd like to imagine parents regretting buying that for their kids after the kids started sassing them in languages they couldn't understand.

I think the most amazing thing is that CD's cost 18 fricking dollars 20-25 years ago.

Holy shite. No wonder that decade was part of the greatest economic expansion ever.

Those commercials MAKE you buy shite. It's just not the same anymore.

God I miss the 90s.

They cost $30 in the 80's and my dad paid $3000 for his first VCR and $4000 for the first computer we had. Crazy how everything is cheaper now.

I really do believe at the time that CD was targeted to the parents watching the shows with their kids.
