Okay, the show wasn't great.
But it was unique.

Here are some I liked and haven't seen posted yet.
Benson
Boston Common
Major Dad
Doc Elliot
McCloud
Quincy, M.E.
Hunter
The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show
Promised Land
Mannix
Anyone remember Supertrain? I remember the hype for it that's it.

I used to really like this during its original run. They replay episodes now and I guess music rights are expensive because the opening credits used to feature “Paint It Black” by the Stones but now it’s some weird Pan flute instrumental.
Crime Story
Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman
The Odd Couple - maybe not forgotten but fading

WKRP was kind of hit or miss but they gave us the Thanksgiving episode and the drunk driving reflex episode. Still two of the funniest sitcom episodes ever.
Like an earlier poster said, Northern Exposure apparently isn't available streaming anywhere. I'd love to rewatch it start to finish.
Hill Street Blues was an early precursor of the great story arc series to come. A little dated but still a solid show.
A very young Kevin Spacey and Joan Severance absolutely killed it as Mel and Susan Profit on CBS's Wiseguy.

I mean, no offense but some of these shows being posted are hardly "forgotten" -- some you y'all are posting some of the most popular shows of all-time

Check this character description from Wikipedia:
The cast included "Harvey Vernon as racist officer Jasper DeWitt" and "DeWitt was shown to be a member of the local branch of the Ku Klux Klan and he often made disparaging comments against minorities, but was still a loyal and honest law enforcement officer."
Holy shite. I didn't remember that.
