And the Night King looks more like a grown up Bran every time we see him...

We still have each others emails right? I know that Psych and I'm not sure if Glass has seen it, but we really need to write a manifesto this week for these assholes. Anyone up for this?

Watching in HD for the first time. Was the spat between Arya and Sansa for show for LF, or will it take Bran to make them see through him?

From everything we know, this is a question for the book readers, we might be able to assume that the Night King has faced a dragon before, right?

Once again, someone loses because they just can't zigzag.

Why does nobody north of the wall ever wear some kind of head cover?

It all depends on if you believe the current Night King is tOG.

Going off of the timeline. tOG Targ Aegon the Conqueror brought dragons to Westeros. The long night happened before Doom struck Valyria.

So if this is not the original NK (what I believe) then there is no proof that the current NK knew what a dragon looked liked until now.

Works for me.

On another note, if I had watched this episode with a group of people and we paused it every once in awhile to make prop bets, there were two or three times where I would have bet a hundred we were going to hear a white walker speak.

And I would have lost.

I dont think that's where they're going with it

I checked, the actor who portrayed the NK originally is not the same one we see now. This actor is the exact same one we see the CotF stab with the glass dagger tied up against the tree. That guy had/has blonde hair. Assuming the producers have all the answers, I doubt they would let that detail slip through if you were leaning towards a time-traveling Bran theory

Thats what made this episode super creepy on top of everything else. Literally the entire horde and command did not say a word.

HOWEVER no one is paying attention to the discovery that will be used next season.

Wights are bound to their master.

They are essentially a hive mind bound to the Nights King.

You kill the NK you kill them all. You don't have to beat his entire horde.

Also just to be straight according to the timeline as well this particular Night King is indeed one of the men of the First Men created by the Children of the Forest. In the show, Leaf.

However, I need to go back in the book or look through some more lore because I could of sworn there was a possibility that there was a different Night King in the north than the one shown in the show. Will update later.

GoT has so much lore that I can literally go down that rabbit hole all night.

Just noticed something I didn't last night Jorah pulled out a dragon glass dagger when the undead attacked.

What did Jon say to Dany in the bed? It was all choppy, I heard "now i see you for what you really are", but that was all i could make of it.

To put it mildly.

I see this whole thing ending with Jon dying but Dany having his son.

Not for certain, but if you look close, everyone without fire or V Steal had a dragon glass rigged blade. Tormund's contraption seemed to have it.

The other alternative is to break them into pieces with a hammer.

And of course, you better be damned lucky if they take your hammer and send you on a suicide mission for help unarmed! Westeros was a second undead bear in the wrong place at the wrong time away from being destroyed!

The whole bit about the dragons being her only children will probably be important so that wouldn't shock me.
