I've watched every episode of this show and still confused as heck as to what is going on.
New characters just pop up every episode...then we have Queen Trailer Trash wandering around the desert waiting to die.
Maybe I should just read a book but all these kingdoms and their alliances are confusing.
There will be other new characters introduced as time goes on, but most of them won't be "focus" characters. Also, this particular time in the series is a time when many new focus characters are introduced, so this should be the worst of it.
If you don't have time to read the books, check out one of bazillion sites or just post questions here :)

next week, we need a NONBOOKIE, NO SPOILERS thread. And if we have a question that only bookies can answer, we need to go ask it in their thread. Otherwise, they will end up coming in our thread answering the question then ppl get upset over possible spoilers.

Holy shite yall are getting entirely too uptight about this whole reader non reader thing. Nothing was spoiled in here, not even close to it. If nothing is being spoiled then what does it matter?
The thing everyone got so uptight about was someone saying that two of the most popular characters in the season had an extremely good episode. Really? Yall cant handle that simple little statement without a bitch fest wtf?

Agreed. Some of yall need to get the sand out of your puss. This isn't like the walking dead threads where every week people are getting spoiled by someone who has read the books "speculating" what will happen on the show in the future.

Actually, nothing in this thread has offended me. I just remember how bad it got last season and it would be nice to not let it get to that point again, which is where this is headed.

Im pretty sure no one spoiled anything. Mainly all us book readers were excited to see yalls reaction to Ned's demise.

I didnt read the books but i get the feeling Sansa is going to explode soon, whether its violent or even suicidal. Her facial expressions when Cersei was talking about Joffrey possibly killing Robb told me shes about ready to go crazy

No one spoiled anything as far as i can see in this thread but looks like two or three ppl just come in here to add comments that we really don't need to hear. For example, Rohan pointed out someone making book comparisons on the characters. One person did comment that the Renly sex scene was setting up for something later. We coulda done without that comment probably.

Nothing was spoiled, so the "television purists" now have to complain about the possiblity of the book readers potentially spoiling something. Sounds like some people just need to bitch about something. Save the drama for your mama.

Or just stay the frick out of the nonbook reader thread! Pretty simple, really! If they need help understanding something, ppl can go to the spoilers thread.
eta:this thread has been edited to add emoticons so people with no sense of humor know I am just joking.

Not really hurting you but i can see your point.
Still why not get pissy over that comment (not directed at you luv)? If youre going to bitch at book readers then at least bitch when they've done something kind of wrong.

The frick is wrong with you?
You were the main one asking questions you don't need to know the answer to after the season premier. To the point where I had to tell you to quit asking questions.
and still no one posted any spoilers.

Ok...its obvious that the TV watchers don't want input from the book readers. That is settled.
Back on topic.
Not every character needs to be seen in every episode, however, I do feel lacked by not having Joffrey or Robb. I despise Joffrey more than any character that I can recall recently, and I like to know where Robb is and what he is doing.

so book readers can't comment on the TV show? What about the people who have just read a few of the books, and not all books? Huh? Should we have a thread for non book readers, and then a thread for each book?
There were no spoilers posted in this thread. I don't get why anyone is bitching about spoilers right now.
Don't let these threads become like The Walking Dead threads, which always just turned into a bitchfest about spoilers because someone might say something like "wait till next week, shite is going to hit the fan!" and then some people freak out about it.

There is no Non-book reader thread but I guess this can be it.
Nobody spoiled shite. YOU PEOPLE need to get the sand out your twats.
The post about the characters of Aria and Tyrion being well done did not even reference whether they closely paralleled the book, it simply said they were well done.
My last post in here. Hope y'all enjoy the series

Jesus...I'll just stick to the book threads because this one sucks with all the constant griping about possible spoilers that didn't happen. The main reason I read the tv threads is because they stay to the current episodes, rather than focus on the 4th and 5th books

And for the record, ILUVDATTIGER clearly needs anger management.

Good point. I'm a quarter into the Storm of Sword and would rather not have the rest spoiled.
