Judging from the end of ADWD, it seems like she'll actually get her trial by combat, so I'm not sure if she blows up the Sept with the Mountain being her champion, at least in that exact same way.

If it's anyone of note, then it's for sure the Hound, but I'm thinking Cersei lasts quite some time in WoW only to be killed in the end by Jaime. Tommen is a figurehead and now no one can stand up to her with Pycelle and Kevan out of the picture.

Anyone else wondering what all the Dothraki horses have been living on at Dragonstome?
Not a whole lot of grass or hay there...but seriously, was there mention that they even landed with Dany, or did they amd the Unsullied (minus DT's personal detachment) make for the Westerlands straight from Essos?

Of course, but they aren't going to take the time and money to show viewers some horses chewing on grass. They will just show up when they attack someone.
For practicality reasons they could not be kept on Dragonstone, at least not what was shown on camera. Its just rocks and beach.

What led me there was wondering how the attack on The Rock (if thats in E3) would happen so quickly and without Dorne laying siege to KL...did Dany and Ty launch that plan before even telling Olenna and lezzy Sand?

Or just feeding an army in general. Did Stannis leave the kitchen staff with full stores when he left for the North? Is there farmland or farmers?
I'd imagine everyone would be starving there on the island.

Unfortunately, this is a hell of the Hodors' own making. Their allergy to knowledge and abject fear of spoilers (seriously, WTF can be spoiled until the release of TWOW) have forced this rather harsh divide.
Plus, they can barely contain their bile when they say, "book readers" - so I'm okay with the petty nature of this.
