I think that they let us know Randal Tarly is going to mess someone's world up.

was really wanting Tyrion to slit her throat during that scene. Cersei has much more cruelty, and it will be fun to see her enact a particularly cruel punishment on this piece of human garbage.
Ya think the mountain is going to go all rapey on her?

She earned it if he does. Murdered an innocent girl. Killed her lover's brother and uncle to at least one child. Had Oberyn's nephew murdered although he was but a teen.

Given his history with their family, absolutely. It would be the ultimate taunt and terror to them and their family if Elaria shared the same fate as Elia, except her daughter was older and then lit on fire. It just seems like a particularly obvious death that Cersei would immediately punish them with.

Jaime is there and he's down himself not than capable as a tactician before.
Well Jaime was like Robert in that he was always a fighter and a brawler up in the front. I think it was kind of implied that people like Ned and Tywin and Randyl were great tacticians and generals. Robert never would've been able to take the Seven Kingdoms if Ned and Jon Arryn weren't the ones controlling his army.

She honestly may be the worst character in the series. Not most boring, but just bad person. At least Joffrey, Ramsay, Cersei, and Euron are somewhat insane, but Ellaria is presented as sane. I will not feel bad for her if my theory is her fate. I will be disturbed, but I will think that fate for her is absolute karma for what she has done.

Who is claiming she had anything to do with it? Euron just said he'd send her a "gift". Ellaria is that gift, and Cersei is going to go to town with her in an extremely sick way.
Several boards people seem to think she has a great mind and want to give her credit for everything that happens in her favor. But I agree she had nothing to do with it

Hey, you don't have to explain yourself to me. I know you're coming from a place of relative knowledge on the series.

I remember the story the Viper told Tyrion about their visit to the rock and Cersie showing them baby Tyrion and what she did. Now I think Justice would be him riding a dragon chasing her down and reminding her of that before he burns her. That would be justice.

Ellaria murdered an innocent child, something her lover was extremely vocally against. I think she deserves worse than an instant death. Like I'm thinking the worst death in the series type death, since she's sane.
She certainly deserves a more brutal and worse death than Shireen, another innocent child killed. I really hate Ellaria as a character and will celebrate her death. I only find Janos Slynt as an equally horrible person who is sane.

I just really want Cersei to die as horrible and painful a death as possible. I don't care how she dies, hopefully Tyrion or Jaime do it, but holy frick I hope she dies painfully.
I hold the same sentiment as shark does with Ellaria, but I hope the exact same if not worse happens to Cersei.

I want Cersei to die more hopelessly than anything and to fully realize the monster she has become. I think the show has fricked up the optimal death slightly due to Jaime still standing beside her with 11 episodes left.
In the books at least, I'm hoping that Cersei poisons Tommen on the Iron Throne as the enemies come through the gate (I can not imagine Book Tommen commiting suicide). The second Tommen drops dead, Jaime enters the Throne Room, having not seen Cersei in quite some time. While Cersei thinks he's come back to die together, Jaime instead asks her if she knew why he killed Aerys. She'll say for family, but Jaime will say she's wrong and then explain why he killed Aerys. Slowly but surely she will realize that she became Aerys and Jaime was there to kill her. As a final "frick you" Jaime will say he secured Tommen's claim to Casterly Rock, and then strangle her.

Was the prince/princess that was promised line talked about? Was that a way the show writers are trying to throw people off of the real ending to the story?
Posted on 7/24/17 at 11:23 pm to OMLandshark
That would be a pretty satisfying way for the books at least. I don't know how well that would've played in the show.

It's the Targaryen line that is "The Prince that was Promised", no one really else. Melisandre is just wrong on Stannis being it. Lots of Red Priests in the East think it is Dany. Aegon V thought it was going to be Aerys first born son, who was Rhaegar, Jon's father. Rhaegar was determined to have 3 children, thinking that the final would be TPTWP. So did the Kingsguard, which is a big factor why they guarded him from Ned. Narratively, Jon is the only one that truly makes sense.

Jaime strangling Cersei is the only way to kill her.

Would Olenna pull her support of Dany if Dany decides to put killing Cersei on the backburner until after she teams up with Jon to kill the WWs?
Posted on 7/24/17 at 11:31 pm to OMLandshark
Didn't read the strangling part, oh yeah, that would be fricking awesome. I would be yelling "frick YEAH KILL THAT BITCH" the entire time.

I agree that it is Jon, but why throw that line about genderless? Is fat man pissed off that his slow writing has allowed people to dissect his books and figure out the end? Hell, unless you are a comatose khal drago, you should be able to figure out the story is about Jon not Dany just by watching the show.

So long as it's still on her itenerary, I don't think so.
