Again if Greyscale is that dangerous, why are you just in the room with Jorah who just tried to grab Sam a little bit ago?

The Silence bro!

I, along with most, don't get the hate for the episode. Obviously, the Missendei and Grey Worm sex scene was too long and unnecessary...albeit incredibly enjoyable... and the Ellaria/Yara scene right before the attack was incredibly lame ("there's a foreign invasion" - really?). With all of that being said, the episode was great.
I loved we got hot pie and nymeria reunions with Arya! I'm also relieved Sam's only accomplishment from studying at the Citadel isn't confirming dragonglass on Dragonstone. Jorah still has a role to play!

I thought the episode was solid except for the Missendei and Grey Worm sex scene.

Very women centric episode
It's annoying as hell. Especially when you think that women are what started this whole thing. But hey, girl power!
This is why I'm rooting hard as hell for Jon, Jaime, Tyrion, and pretty much all the important men in the story that could be perceived as good.

So is the consensus that Dany will take the Rock? At what point does she turn her attention to the night's king?
It would be some shite if Cersei somehow defeats Dany and kills all 3 dragons in the process but then gets skull dragged my the NK and his WW/Wight army.

Whole lot of bitching and moaning but one thing stood out for me this episode. We are finally gonna see the Rock on the big screen. Hell yeah.

So the wall falls that episode, as well?

What emotional connection are you supposed to have for a zombie king?
Episode 5 will be a 90 minute backstory about how the Night King used to make cheese when he was alive.

I don't mean to be a condescending butthead about this, but it's one of those things that is difficult to understand if you've never been in real combat.
The "fog of war" - I prefer to use the term "pattern of endemic bad information or lack of communication" - or whatever other cliche term you wish to use is pretty damn real. It's part of why I think Martin's combat writing is so good throughout his books, and D&D manage to capture pretty well throughout the TV series (and they often even give nods to real battles in the series, like how Battle of the Bastards was immediately recognizable as a nod to Cannae).
I fairly often see claims of "why didn't they anticipate this!?" or "it's unrealistic that they wouldn't have seen that!" here and elsewhere, and I kind of shake my head. If you're a Middle Age military sailor or soldier or even high level commander (what GoT is a derivative of), your picture of what is going on around you is often tragically incomplete. It was and still is often tragically incomplete for even American soldiers in these recent wars overseas, and that is with the full communication capabilities of the deadliest weapon invented since 1900 - the combat net radio.
Try to picture this in your head: the fog is so dense that you cannot see more than 100 feet past your own boat. You have sent out patrolling sentries around your fleet, but they have no way of communicating with you except for through flame signals, and even then, those tend to be too late, incomplete, and inaccurate.
It happens extremely quickly and often without warning, even with sentries and patrols and guards and all that, especially when you are not the aggressor. As an example, Euron was the aggressor in that scene, and he completely and thoroughly surprised a lazy and complacent enemy. You can find examples of that exact same thing throughout modern military history all the way until about last month. GoT isn't perfect, and I think they probably get some things wrong about medieval combat, but that is one thing they have pretty damn dead on.

Dany will set her sights on the Night's King once Jon convinces her

Thanks for the explanation. That actually makes a lot of sense.
