A good hazing move for a new recruit would be to tell them to bury Wun Wun in the crypts.

Mors and Hother Umber are still alive to carry on House Umber's name. I'm sure they'd bend the knee. Karstark has several males, but I'd be surprised if they aren't eradicated. Granted, none of these characters have yet to show up in the TV shows, so I'm sure the houses can be assumed extinct to hodors.

Back to Heartsbane: my dark horse candidate for Heartsbane is Gendry. He would be badass with a Valaryian steel sword.

Oh if KL gets calmed down and they start hearing about Jon its not just the Lannisters who will try and kill him, OMLandshark has been harping on this and he's right-- lay out Jon's resume and he starts to look like a pretty massive threat who needs to be dealt with before the little folk start to gather around a hero.

His resume is incredible, but who can deal with Jon Snow? Now LF has openly betrayed the Crown using Sansa and Jon, and has essentially united 3 of the 7 Kingdoms under Sansa (the Riverlands aren't obeying the Freys at all). LF has the mightiest army in the Seven Kingdoms right now, maybe only next to the Tyrells. And they're all tied up with the crap going with the High Septon. Dorne sure as hell isn't going to give a shite. Euron is a mad dog who probably doesn't give a shite about the North and has his eyes set on the South. The only one who may is Dany, and she's more likely to join WITH Jon in order to defeat the Others.

I'm starting to like the idea of LF manipulating Sansa into betraying Jon instead of LF outright ordering his troops to kill him. I thought the episode would end on the battlefield with Ghost eating out Ramsay's innards, but with Sansa already in LF's clutches in the middle of the battle, well he should have just had his troops kill him then. While LF still needs Jon dead, I think he'd much rather have Sansa herself at least exile him in some way and hire someone to track down Jon and kill him from there. He's no longer accountable to the South, but still is somewhat to Sansa.

I've gotta think Varys will play a major role in how this shakes out. Isn't he currently on a diplomatic mission to Westeros to form alliances?

Have y'all noticed littlefingers voice get raspier throughout the series? The Dark Knight rises rubbed off on him.

D&D blatantly ripped off the final scene.

What a badass. There can't be enough pics/gifs of Lady Mormont's scowl at Ramsey.

I'm pretty sure he's there (at least for this season) for only one major reason: to kill Pycelle and Kevan. He may go recruit Dorne, but who else is he going to get? Going to be hard to get the Reach due to Margeary, and he sure as hell isn't going to convince anyone under LF's influence. Dorne seems to be his only option on the show.

She would have made a fine Arya if the show just started.

Yeah, it has to be Dorne.
The Dornish hate any descendents of House Gardener.

They certainly aren't friends with the lannisters

And not that distance matters in the show but.. Dorne is closest to mereen
