Yeah. Joffrey has already killed one hooker, and Littlefinger needed to dispose of another, so why not give her to Joffrey to do whatever he wants with her?

And that didn't happen in the books, but I have a theory on why it happened, but I leave it off for now.

I don't see one for Podrick Payne's house. I propose "Whores Return Our Money ".
