Pretty mild spoiler question here, I don't seem to recall anything on TV about the comet, have they just left it out completely?

I mean actually showing it, it's described so much, so far, in what I'm seeing, ill go rewatch that episode to be sure, I do recall it being mentioned somewhere but forgot when, thanks.

It was the transition between characters. I thought they made it very obvious without investing a lot of screen time.

The first couple episodes of Season 2 showed the Red Comet, and it was discussed on a couple occasions.
