Say Queen Rhaenyra had gone into battle. With the strategy used, I doubt the outcome would’ve been any different.

I think it’s a good example of how disorganized the Blacks have been the whole time. She should’ve sent Jace to go get the seeds in the first place. Once Sheepstealer went berserk Jace and Baela should’ve gotten out of there and like you said if Rhaenyra had gone out there she could’ve been killed. That side has squandered everything which is a reflection of Rhaenyra.

She’s just an emotional cripple so she doesn’t pay attention and jumps into attack mode without even realizing the point. I said the episode was great and 95% of the time the show is excellent but they do these silly things, sometimes in big moments. The two queens sneaking back and forth to visit each other, Rhaenys breaking out of the dragon pit and now this. I love the show but these are simple, unnecessary mistakes.

I’m not mad and my comments are not altering the events of the story in any way. You’re very dishonest but I left that out because my statement was matter of fact on your reason for attacking me but your last post again proves my point.

Rhaenyra really does fricking suck and is worthless. Every episode it's just nothing but yapping about what she will do, and constantly reminding everyone of "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?"
All the while literally everyone around her stays getting killed, while she gets locked in a room and says frick it, better you than me. Then next week previews it's just more of the same ol yapping, "I AM MY FATHER'S HEIR."

Her blind trust of Alicent against everyone’s advice when she’s also made some maddenly stupid decisions is wild to me.

Maybe, but she's dramatically more experienced flying and we have to assume to some extent, fighting. It's quite possible she would have better managed it then the younglings did.

She’s never been in a fight but def more experienced on a dragon. The smart move would’ve been to go get the dragon seeds who had Vermithor with them and were luckily already on their way back to Dragonstone.

I don’t see anyway they don’t have her cheese slide off her cracker. She already started showing it when she knifed her court dress when Jace had her locked up. She’s almost certainly going to go mad when she sees he’s dead.

I feel like Baela gets a bad wrap here. She handled her own well on Moondancer and at least looked competent in battle. She obviously only went because Jace is the heir and she was trying to protect him. And saved him once before he got struck the second time. Not sure she could’ve done much different.

I agree with this. Her giddiness telling everyone “Alicent assured me, nothing to worry about” was annoying. I know she misses her former best friend but Alicent is not her ally.

Well if I gotta watch a big black dude drown some white folks at least it was a dude playing a dude characrer while pretending to be a chick.
One less whiner in the show without jace crying every time anyone says anything. May as well have had him on screaming " i dont WANT macaroni for dinner!" Just need the queen to behead the whiney girl that got him killed now.
I don't like when they have someone betray their entire arc suddenly just to make something fit. The bastard has been on screen for well over an hour sulking about how bitter he is at his daddy, but seeing him get tossed into the water makes him go on an ultimate rage of vengeance?
It was obvious from the time he/she broke through the teeth that he was going to come to daddys aid in some way but i had assumed they would just have him stab it in the back just in the knick of time.
At least things like Jaime lannister turning neutral or even chaotic good... it was a build up and actual development.
