So. He touched someone with a massager for 'one second' yelled at an actor on set, touched a black woman's hair and rightfully told Lucy Liu she had no emotions when she acts.

This honestly reads like she felt like she was abused. Told people she was abused. Started writing it all out with her ghost writer and it is nothing but they need it to sell books and she is too emotionally attached to it now.

Also Murray was the director on that film. Not like a random actor. Many directors Are known for yelling at Crew.

So the article is intentionally vague about whether it was just Murray being weird, mean or abrasive or whether the exchanges had any sexual nature.

So she did drop the ball on purpose. If I was Murray, I'd go that defense route. Shows a pattern of behavior. Though the jury would be split 50/50.
