since you're the only other gal around...I liked Margaery's dress in this episode....and did you notice the rose belt w/ thorns? Nice details for House Tyrell.
Yeah I don't think the guys are looking at the fabric.
And I did. I love her wardrobe in the show. Have you seen the pictures from the traveling exhibit that shows some of the costumes yet?
ETA: Here's one of the pics
Love the details of that dress of Ceresi's too, like the Lion on the side panel/fold.

No way Matisteezy is a non-book reader over there:

Interesting. Viserys, IIRC, seemed to believe that House Targaryen had dragon's blood within them period. Now, he was clearly mistaken about multiple things, so he could be wrong, but he could also be a bastard. The way the GoT universe treats bastards is entirely context dependent (see the Lannisters vs. Jon Snow), and without knowing much about their sire (other than the fact that he was called the "Mad King") it's difficult to ascertain whether he'd try to pass off an illegitimate child as a rightful heir. I guess all things being equal the simplest explanation is Viserys was a bastard, but I'm not so sure I want to put all my eggs in that basket as of yet...

this really adds a ton of believability to shows like this. i remember thinking the same about lord of the rings. seeing a sigil on a horse's bridle or a relevant carving on a column really keeps you in the world.
I remember seeing or reading somewhere that there was an insane amount of clothing, armor, etc made for Lord of the Rings.

hmmm...
Oh well. I think next week we see how it goes with three threads:
Bookreaders thread
non-book readers thread
non-spoiler question thread
For those book readers that read past the show but have not read book 4 or 5...read faster

At Riverrun. Edmure held off a Lannister attack and took two Lannisters prisoner. Lord Karstark killed them both. Robb took his head for it.

When they told him to stay home.
Edmure in the books is the biggest goof.

Edmure would have been a fantastic lord in peace times, but he just isn't meant to be a warrior or a general.

Napolean needs to seriously edit his shite on page 37 of the no spoiler thread.
Why would you draw attention to Lord Karstark, The flayed man sigils, and Robb Stark!?
The shite I took from the show? The thing that I just clarified that those were his men on the bridge?
Karstark? All I said was you saw the Bolton banners going by (foreshadowing Rob's death) as Karstark said "You lost the war as soon as you married her"
You have issues.
