Jon did call the NK out...which the NK pussied out and raised the dead to not fight Jon.

Just think about how many things this dagger was involved in:

So did Arya jump out of a tree at the end or does she just have an insane vertical? Looks like she could’ve dunked from the three point line.

When Euron is the one to kill Cersei, y'all's heads will explode.

You’re with me on this. Littlefinger’s Dagger being Lightbringer defeating the Others through Arya is insulting as frick for people who have read these books.

Think they deviated a good bit on this. They night king being killed may be the only thing that this episode will have in common with the book. Where and by who may be completely different

Do any of you even watch the show???

Asking how Arya got the blade.

When’s the last time GoT had a shocking death from a big character? Ever since we’ve been without Martin’s direction it seems like everything on the show has been straight fan service.

Agreed

Oh noz, a main character is about to die, lets have another main character swoop in and save them.

Rinse and repeat 2-3 more times.

Why do I have to show it. He WAS CLEARLY worging and stopped at once with a look of complete confidence.

He could have just worged the crows and Arya recognized it and followed them to the right spots and times.

Would be a major plot point and would of helped in a ton of other situations. Instead we got a super leap from out of nowhere with no WW battles and a barely tested NK.

Loved the episode. Wife was complaining she couldn't see shite It seemed like a lot of people felt that way at first.

I had many "oh shite" moments like Mel lighting the arakhs on fire. I said multiple times, Brienne is dead, Jaime is dead, Sam is dead. Edd got us pretty good.

I couldn't tell if Pod or Tormund was for sure dead until later.

The opening was awesome to me even though I didn't like the Dothraki just taking off and charging right after they lit up and looked badass.

I LOVE the clock ticking score that Sapo brings when he is directing.

People saying Jon is a bitch cause he didn't 1 on 1 the NK is weird to me because he was sure sprinting towards the guy when he raises everyone.

The dragons in the moon light and clouds were awesome to me. The NK falling made me laugh.

The NK smiling a couple times was creepy enough to make me say it out loud. I thought Dany and Jon could have roasted more wights, but whatever.

I need to watch it again, but I didn't think Arya was hiding in a tree at the end. I saw the WW hair move in what should be wind blowing, but to me, it was Arya flying by to confront the NK. I thought she was dead. Not today.

I loved the fricking episode. Only complaint is after seeing the NK smile I thought he may talk to Bran

I think the reason I’m so let down by this is because I watched Endgame earlier today.

glad someone laid this out better than I could have. Only want to add that Bran gave Arya the dagger that did the deed.

I agree with the poster who compared that scene to the velociraptors in Jurassic Park. Very tense and suspenseful! Not sure why you’re hating on that scene.

Because it was in the middle of a giant war with thousands of rabid dead people murdering everything in their sight. And then they just stop and tip toe through the halls of winterfell which is apparently the most soundproofed building ever constructed, but only at certain times when it wants to be?
