Bran warged into him while listening to heavy metal and accidentally head banged.

Like what? That they were never getting in there? That’s fact. 100%, undeniable fact

she couldn't have jumped from a low branch

so the NK just walks by Arya chilling on the "low branch" and we don't see it?

the point of hiding in a tree is you're not seen (b/c you're above the target)

at the angle she clearly approached from below the target, so if she's in a tree, she's within eye-level

seeing this image, I can hear Arya sounding like Lloyd Christmas in Dumb and Dumber, "Harry your hands are freezing"

i mean, this leaves a lot of questions about the plot

especially since they were close to the wall as the show begins
they will make up more excuses.

think Sansa figures out a way for Tyrion or Jamie to steal the Lannister army and betray Cersei

Again I will ask, why? Arya can effectively end the entire "Game" of Thrones without any more bloodshed outside of Cersei.

Arya definitely jumped off/out of something

Possibly the tower which they showed when Theon was pushing Bran to the Godswood which was right on the edge of the wall, which I am not sure would have been the same tower Jaime pushed Bran out of.

The undead appeared to have the strength to literally rip people in half and despite getting their hands on some of the top players, their plot armor was so thick that it did nothing to them.

The undead had our main characters dead to rights several times.

Yet the angle in which Arya jumped out of the fog is the main topic of contention.

Arya killing the Night King was probably the only thing in the entire episode that made any sense.

Snoke or Night King?

It's pretty clear that she's been trained as a faceless super ninja at this point.

A faceless person still has a solid body. She literally jumped through hundreds of wights and white walkers to get at the Night King’s back.

Right before she jumped at the NK if you watch one of the WW felt something behind him and turned to look. I assume that was Arya slipping by and already in a tree.

wouldnt it make more sense to close the Kings Landing storyline before dealing with the WW's?

No because the NK was a far greater threat. Cersei just wants the Seven Kingdoms, the Night King wants to end all life.

Also, the NK was practically on their doorstep while Cersei was still waaaaay down in King's Landing. To go after Cersei instead would have been a horrible tactical move. Staying in Winterfell gave them at least some fortifications to use against the Horde Decaying. Being on the march they would have eventually tired, that means the Night King & Co. would have caught them out in the wide open probably while tired.

Yeah that gif pretty much sums up the problems. She initially is seen rising and then falling as if she jumped from the ground

When he catches her she is kind of moving on a horizontal axis.

That's just shitty directing. Instead of shooting the scene with absolute continuity in mind they just tried to make it look cool
