So what's the consensus on Robert strong? Is he a zombie? Some form of magic? Alchemy?

I really hope we eventually get to see a one handed Jamie vs Robert Strong fight where Jamie wins, but I feel like that is way too wishful of thinking for this series. Pretty sure nothing I have wanted to happen has happened outside of Tyrion going hard AF that one chapter/episode.

So I am assuming, everyone else is giving George RR Martin the middle finger and just going on with the show? I was considering waiting for the book to come out first, but God knows when that will be. Especially since the series will conclude in the show years before the last book is published, I am going to hear about the ending somehow I am sure. My buddy who is also a book reader says he is going to watch them first but only cause he thinks the end of the show is going to end up being completely different from the book. I just don't see that happening. I know they have gone in some completely different directions with some of the characters, but in the end everything will end up close to the same, right?

Cliff Notes are

After Robb's will declaring Jon snow a legitimate Stark he became the heir to winterfell and the houses are rallying behind him to take winterfell back from the Boltons secretly.

There is another theory that house Dustyn and I forget the name of the other house (I think Ryswell) are conspiring to over take the north.

Whoever mentioned small Jon umber being held hostage is correct and that is the only reason the Umbers are supporting the Boltons currently.

Did that happen on the Show, or just in the books? I don't remember anyone being held hostage on the show like they were in the books, but then again it has been awhile since I watched the Red Wedding episode.

But if the spoiler from the extra actor about the Battle of the Bastards is true, then they would almost have to have an Umber being held hostage for them to be on the side opposing the Starks.

Cliffs don't do it justice. Look it up and read it. I think it's 7 entries and very long but really worth it. It gives you goose bumps

Well, if we're talking books, at this point she has only been married once and is technically still married to Tyrion. In the show she has been married twice.

Even if he is dead, to them it's more than just a single stark, it's the North for the North.
