Yup. I think jon retakes Winterfell. Leaves Sansa there to rule with brienne and podrick at her side. Jon gets Theon to go back to the iron islands and rally the troops for the war against the white walkers, meanwhile Jon is going to go to Dragonstone to collect all the glass he possibly can. Hopefully this will be the point at which Dany and her dragon fly to Dragonstone and they first meet.

then they get it on and we find out that Jon is Danny's nephew.

I'm calling it now: Jon wins the Battle of the Bastards, but Littlefinger comes over the hill with the entire force of the Vale and forces him to retreat, taking Sansa back with him.

No way. I'm thinking based on the trailers that Littlefinger and Sansa are about to have an encounter in the woods on the way to the wall. I can't imagine Brienne being able to kill him due to his Vale knights riding with him.
She may just be like, you fricking lied to me. Stay away from me.

Retreat where? I don't see him going back to the wall. That sort of plot recycling is reserved for Dany

I sure as hell don't see Sansa going back with him to the Vale.

It's gonna be weird seeing two Starks in the same conversation if it comes to that. It's been so long for that
Have Jon and Sansa ever had dialogue on the show?

Heck no. She's going to rule the North. I just can't decide what her relationship with Littlefinger will be like once she has power of the North behind her. She's gotta be pissed at him. He knew Ramsey was a psycho and he knew Jon was alive and head of the watch and kept it from her.

Sansa and Jon havent seen each other since season 1, i think. They weren't as close as arya and jon so i can't recall if they ever talked or not

The vale needs the North to challenge the Lannisters.

I don't think he and Sansa actually spoke in any S1 scenes together. We saw Jon have conversations with all the other Starks.

Well, I actually think LF will see it as a retreat, and Jon may initially as well... but it won't be. The Others are at the Wall and are breaking it down. Jon will try to save the realm.

By back with him, I don't mean back to the Vale. He just takes her back into his custody as Littlefinger rules Winterfell and the North through her.

I think Sansa is done with being held in custody by anybody else.

Jon will need to rally the other houses before he goes to fight the dead. Him going back to the wall to fight the white walkers would either cut out the rest of the worlds role in the end of the series or would end in another Jon Snow death. If he marches south, he's not going back north until he's equipped with men and dragon glass and Valaryian steel

I think that's more Season 8, and that Dany and the North will be his only allies as far as kingdoms are concerned.

How does he align himself with Dany and the north if he runs back to the wall after taking Winterfell? You're trying to hard to put Sansa and LF back into the same room and it's not making sense chronologically

I don't think he ever takes Winterfell. I simply think he destroys the Boltons. LF will pull what Ramsay did in A Clash of Kings and try to eradicate the Wilding led army, and get Sansa back.
And judging from last episode, we're going to be lucky if Dany is on her way to Westeros by the end of this season. We've got time for Dany and Jon's paths to cross, and if Jon simply sends a raven out that reaches Tyrion, then their meeting is basically assured.
And while I'm at it, I'm saying that a LF lead army will kill Walder Frey this season. I just think this is the Season of Littlefinger.

Well, being held in custody often means unwillingly. I don't think she wants to be in anyone's custody (save Jon's), but she may be forced into it, especially from someone so obsessed with her.
